말씀선포 : 민수기 11장 1~15절

11:1 여호와께서 들으시기에 백성이 악한 말로 원망하매 여호와께서 들으시고 진노하사 여호와의 불을 그들 중에 붙여서 진영 끝을 사르게 하시매 
Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the LORD, and when he heard them his anger was aroused. Then fire from the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp.

11:2 백성이 모세에게 부르짖으므로 모세가 여호와께 기도하니 불이 꺼졌더라 
When the people cried out to Moses, he prayed to the LORD and the fire died down.

11:3 그 곳 이름을 다베라라 불렀으니 이는 여호와의 불이 그들 중에 붙은 까닭이었더라
So that place was called Taberah, because fire from the LORD had burned among them. 

11:4 그들 중에 섞여 사는 다른 인종들이 탐욕을 품으매 이스라엘 자손도 다시 울며 이르되 누가 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 하랴
The rabble with them began to crave other food, and again the Israelites started wailing and said, "If only we had meat to eat!

11:5 우리가 애굽에 있을 때에는 값없이 생선과 오이와 참외와 부추와 파와 마늘들을 먹은 것이 생각나거늘 
We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost--also the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and garlic.

11:6 이제는 우리의 기력이 다하여 이 만나 외에는 보이는 것이 아무 것도 없도다 하니
But now we have lost our appetite; we never see anything but this manna!" 

11:7 만나는 깟씨와 같고 모양은 진주와 같은 것이라 
The manna was like coriander seed and looked like resin.

11:8 백성이 두루 다니며 그것을 거두어 맷돌에 갈기도 하며 절구에 찧기도 하고 가마에 삶기도 하여 과자를 만들었으니 그 맛이 기름 섞은 과자 맛 같았더라 
The people went around gathering it, and then ground it in a handmill or crushed it in a mortar. They cooked it in a pot or made it into cakes. And it tasted like something made with olive oil.

11:9 밤에 이슬이 진영에 내릴 때에 만나도 함께 내렸더라
When the dew settled on the camp at night, the manna also came down.

11:10 백성의 온 종족들이 각기 자기 장막 문에서 우는 것을 모세가 들으니라 이러므로 여호와의 진노가 심히 크고 모세도 기뻐하지 아니하여 
Moses heard the people of every family wailing, each at the entrance to his tent. The LORD became exceedingly angry, and Moses was troubled.

11:11 모세가 여호와께 여짜오되 어찌하여 주께서 종을 괴롭게 하시나이까 어찌하여 내게 주의 목전에서 은혜를 입게 아니하시고 이 모든 백성을 내게 맡기사 내가 그 짐을 지게 하시나이까 
He asked the LORD, "Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me?

11:12 이 모든 백성을 내가 배었나이까 내가 그들을 낳았나이까 어찌 주께서 내게 양육하는 아버지가 젖 먹는 아이를 품듯 그들을 품에 품고 주께서 그들의 열조에게 맹세하신 땅으로 가라 하시나이까
Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth? Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their forefathers?

11:13 이 모든 백성에게 줄 고기를 내가 어디서 얻으리이까 그들이 나를 향하여 울며 이르되 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 하라 하온즉 
Where can I get meat for all these people? They keep wailing to me, 'Give us meat to eat!'

11:14 책임이 심히 중하여 나 혼자는 이 모든 백성을 감당할 수 없나이다 
I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me.

11:15 주께서 내게 이같이 행하실진대 구하옵나니 내게 은혜를 베푸사 즉시 나를 죽여 내가 고난 당함을 내가 보지 않게 하옵소서
If this is how you are going to treat me, put me to death right now--if I have found favor in your eyes--and do not let me face my own ruin."

말씀선포 : 요일5장 13절

내가 하나님의 아들의 이름을 믿는 너희에게 이것을 쓰는 것은 너희로 하여금 너희에게 영생이 있음을 알게 하려 함이라

I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

말씀선포 : 이사야 7장 14절

그러므로 주께서 친히 징조를 너희에게 주실 것이라 보라 처녀가 잉태하여 아들을 낳을 것이요 그의 이름을 임마누엘이라 하리라

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.

말씀선포 : 누가복음 2장 1~7절

2:1 그 때에 가이사 아구스도가 영을 내려 천하로 다 호적하라 하였으니  
In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world.

2:2 이 호적은 구레뇨가 수리아 총독이 되었을 때에 처음 한 것이라 
(This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.)

2:3 모든 사람이 호적하러 각각 고향으로 돌아가매 
And everyone went to his own town to register.

2:4 요셉도 다윗의 집 족속이므로 갈릴리 나사렛 동네에서 유대를 향하여 베들레헴이라 하는 다윗의 동네로 
So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David.

2:5 그 약혼한 마리아와 함께 호적하러 올라가니 마리아가 이미 잉태하였더라 
He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child.

2:6 거기 있을 그 때에 해산할 날이 차서 
While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born,

2:7 첫아들을 낳아 강보로 싸서 구유에 뉘었으니 이는 여관에 있을 곳이 없음이러라
and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

말씀선포 : 마태복음 1장 16~17절

1:16 야곱은 마리아의 남편 요셉을 낳았으니 마리아에게서 그리스도라 칭하는 예수가 나시니라 
and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.

1:17 그런즉 모든 대 수가 아브라함부터 다윗까지 열네 대요 다윗부터 바벨론으로 사로잡혀 갈 때까지 열네 대요 바벨론으로 사로잡혀 간 후부터 그리스도까지 열네 대더라 
Thus there were fourteen generations in all from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the exile to Babylon, and fourteen from the exile to the Christ.

[베들레헴 전경]

말씀선포 : 사무엘하 23장 15~17절

23:15 다윗이 소원하여 이르되 베들레헴 성문 곁 우물 물을 누가 내게 마시게 할까 하매
David longed for water and said, "Oh, that someone would get me a drink of water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem!" 

23:16 세 용사가 블레셋 사람의 진영을 돌파하고 지나가서 베들레헴 성문 곁 우물 물을 길어 가지고 다윗에게로 왔으나 다윗이 마시기를 기뻐하지 아니하고 그 물을 여호와께 부어 드리며 
So the three mighty men broke through the Philistine lines, drew water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem and carried it back to David. But he refused to drink it; instead, he poured it out before the LORD.

23:17 이르되 여호와여 내가 나를 위하여 결단코 이런 일을 하지 아니하리이다 이는 목숨을 걸고 갔던 사람들의 피가 아니니이까 하고 마시기를 즐겨하지 아니하니라 세 용사가 이런 일을 행하였더라 
"Far be it from me, O LORD, to do this!" he said. "Is it not the blood of men who went at the risk of their lives?" And David would not drink it. Such were the exploits of the three mighty men.

말씀선포 : 이사야 43장 1~7절

43:1 야곱아 너를 창조하신 여호와께서 지금 말씀하시느니라 이스라엘아 너를 지으신 이가 말씀하시느니라 너는 두려워하지 말라 내가 너를 구속하였고 내가 너를 지명하여 불렀나니 너는 내 것이라 
But now, this is what the LORD says--he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.

43:2 네가 물 가운데로 지날 때에 내가 너와 함께 할 것이라 강을 건널 때에 물이 너를 침몰하지 못할 것이며 네가 불 가운데로 지날 때에 타지도 아니할 것이요 불꽃이 너를 사르지도 못하리니 
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

43:3 대저 나는 여호와 네 하나님이요 이스라엘의 거룩한 이요 네 구원자임이라 내가 애굽을 너의 속량물로, 구스와 스바를 너를 대신하여 주었노라 
For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead.

43:4 네가 내 눈에 보배롭고 존귀하며 내가 너를 사랑하였은즉 내가 네 대신 사람들을 내어 주며 백성들이 네 생명을 대신하리니 
Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life.

43:5 두려워하지 말라 내가 너와 함께 하여 네 자손을 동쪽에서부터 오게 하며 서쪽에서부터 너를 모을 것이며
Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west.

43:6 내가 북쪽에게 이르기를 내놓으라 남쪽에게 이르기를 가두어 두지 말라 내 아들들을 먼 곳에서 이끌며 내 딸들을 땅 끝에서 오게 하며
I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' and to the south, 'Do not hold them back.' Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth--

43:7 내 이름으로 불려지는 모든 자 곧 내가 내 영광을 위하여 창조한 자를 오게 하라 그를 내가 지었고 그를 내가 만들었느니라 
everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made."

말씀선포 : 마태복음 13:2, 14:3절

13:2 큰 무리가 그에게로 모여 들거늘 예수께서 배에 올라가 앉으시고 온 무리는 해변에 서 있더니
Such large crowds gathered around him that he got into a boat and sat in it, while all the people stood on the shore.



14:13 예수께서 들으시고 배를 타고 떠나사 따로 빈 들에 가시니 무리가 듣고 여러 고을로부터 걸어서 따라간지라
When Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns.

말씀선포 : 요한복음 12:13절

13. 종려나무 가지를 가지고 맞으러 나가 외치되 호산나 찬송하리로다 주의 이름으로 오시는 이 곧 이스라엘의 왕이시여 하더라

 They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, "Hosanna!" "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!" "Blessed is the King of Israel!"

말씀선포 : 로마서 1장 21~25절

1:21 하나님을 알되 하나님을 영화롭게도 아니하며 감사하지도 아니하고 오히려 그 생각이 허망하여지며 미련한 마음이 어두워졌나니  
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

1:22 스스로 지혜 있다 하나 어리석게 되어 
Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools

1:23 썩어지지 아니하는 하나님의 영광을 썩어질 사람과 새와 짐승과 기어다니는 동물 모양의 우상으로 바꾸었느니라 
and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

1:24 그러므로 하나님께서 그들을 마음의 정욕대로 더러움에 내버려 두사 그들의 몸을 서로 욕되게 하게 하셨으니 
Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.

1:25 이는 그들이 하나님의 진리를 거짓 것으로 바꾸어 피조물을 조물주보다 더 경배하고 섬김이라 주는 곧 영원히 찬송할 이시로다 아멘
They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator--who is forever praised. Amen.
