말씀선포 : 왕상 18장 20~24절

20 아합이 이에 이스라엘의 모든 자손에게로 사람을 보내 선지자들을 갈멜 산으로 모으니라 
So Ahab sent word throughout all Israel and assembled the prophets on Mount Carmel.

21 엘리야가 모든 백성에게 가까이 나아가 이르되 너희가 어느 때까지 둘 사이에서 머뭇머뭇 하려느냐 여호와가 만일 하나님이면 그를 따르고 바알이 만일 하나님이면 그를 따를지니라 하니 백성이 말 한마디도 대답하지 아니하는지라 
Elijah went before the people and said, "How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him." But the people said nothing.

22 엘리야가 백성에게 이르되 여호와의 선지자는 나만 홀로 남았으나 바알의 선지자는 사백오십 명이로다 
Then Elijah said to them, "I am the only one of the LORD'S prophets left, but Baal has four hundred and fifty prophets.

23 그런즉 송아지 둘을 우리에게 가져오게 하고 그들은 송아지 한 마리를 택하여 각을 떠서 나무 위에 놓고 불은 붙이지 말며 나도 송아지 한 마리를 잡아 나무 위에 놓고 불은 붙이지 않고 
Get two bulls for us. Let them choose one for themselves, and let them cut it into pieces and put it on the wood but not set fire to it. I will prepare the other bull and put it on the wood but not set fire to it.

24 너희는 너희 신의 이름을 부르라 나는 여호와의 이름을 부르리니 이에 불로 응답하는 신 그가 하나님이니라 백성이 다 대답하되 그 말이 옳도다 하니라 
Then you call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of the LORD. The god who answers by fire--he is God." Then all the people said, "What you say is good."

말씀선포 : 다니엘 6장 1~10절

6:1 다리오가 자기의 뜻대로 고관 백이십 명을 세워 전국을 통치하게 하고  
It pleased Darius to appoint 120 satraps to rule throughout the kingdom,

6:2 또 그들 위에 총리 셋을 두었으니 다니엘이 그 중의 하나이라 이는 고관들로 총리에게 자기의 직무를 보고하게 하여 왕에게 손해가 없게 하려 함이었더라 
with three administrators over them, one of whom was Daniel. The satraps were made accountable to them so that the king might not suffer loss.

6:3 다니엘은 마음이 민첩하여 총리들과 고관들 위에 뛰어나므로 왕이 그를 세워 전국을 다스리게 하고자 한지라 
Now Daniel so distinguished himself among the administrators and the satraps by his exceptional qualities that the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom.

6:4 이에 총리들과 고관들이 국사에 대하여 다니엘을 고발할 근거를 찾고자 하였으나 아무 근거, 아무 허물도 찾지 못하였으니 이는 그가 충성되어 아무 그릇됨도 없고 아무 허물도 없음이었더라 
At this, the administrators and the satraps tried to find grounds for charges against Daniel in his conduct of government affairs, but they were unable to do so. They could find no corruption in him, because he was trustworthy and neither corrupt nor negligent.

6:5 그들이 이르되 이 다니엘은 그 하나님의 율법에서 근거를 찾지 못하면 그를 고발할 수 없으리라 하고 
Finally these men said, "We will never find any basis for charges against this man Daniel unless it has something to do with the law of his God."

6:6 이에 총리들과 고관들이 모여 왕에게 나아가서 그에게 말하되 다리오 왕이여 만수무강 하옵소서 
So the administrators and the satraps went as a group to the king and said: "O King Darius, live forever!

6:7 나라의 모든 총리와 지사와 총독과 법관과 관원이 의논하고 왕에게 한 법률을 세우며 한 금령을 정하실 것을 구하나이다 왕이여 그것은 곧 이제부터 삼십일 동안에 누구든지 왕 외의 어떤 신에게나 사람에게 무엇을 구하면 사자 굴에 던져 넣기로 한 것이니이다 
The royal administrators, prefects, satraps, advisers and governors have all agreed that the king should issue an edict and enforce the decree that anyone who prays to any god or man during the next thirty days, except to you, O king, shall be thrown into the lions' den.

6:8 그런즉 왕이여 원하건대 금령을 세우시고 그 조서에 왕의 도장을 찍어 메대와 바사의 고치지 아니하는 규례를 따라 그것을 다시 고치지 못하게 하옵소서 하매 
Now, O king, issue the decree and put it in writing so that it cannot be altered--in accordance with the laws of the Medes and Persians, which cannot be repealed."

6:9 이에 다리오 왕이 조서에 왕의 도장을 찍어 금령을 내니라 
So King Darius put the decree in writing.

6:10 다니엘이 이 조서에 왕의 도장이 찍힌 것을 알고도 자기 집에 돌아가서는 윗방에 올라가 예루살렘으로 향한 창문을 열고 전에 하던 대로 하루 세 번씩 무릎을 꿇고 기도하며 그의 하나님께 감사하였더라
Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.

말씀선포 : 누가복음 9장 28~36절

9:28 이 말씀을 하신 후 팔 일쯤 되어 예수께서 베드로와 요한과 야고보를 데리고 기도하시러 산에 올라가사  
About eight days after Jesus said this, he took Peter, John and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray.

9:29 기도하실 때에 용모가 변화되고 그 옷이 희어져 광채가 나더라 
As he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning.

9:30 문득 두 사람이 예수와 함께 말하니 이는 모세와 엘리야라  
Two men, Moses and Elijah,

9:31 영광중에 나타나서 장차 예수께서 예루살렘에서 별세하실 것을 말할새  
appeared in glorious splendor, talking with Jesus. They spoke about his departure, which he was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem.

9:32 베드로와 및 함께 있는 자들이 깊이 졸다가 온전히 깨어나 예수의 영광과 및 함께 선 두 사람을 보더니  
Peter and his companions were very sleepy, but when they became fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men standing with him.

9:33 두 사람이 떠날 때에 베드로가 예수께 여짜오되 주여 우리가 여기 있는 것이 좋사오니 우리가 초막 셋을 짓되 하나는 주를 위하여, 하나는 모세를 위하여, 하나는 엘리야를 위하여 하사이다 하되 자기가 하는 말을 자기도 알지 못하더라 
As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to him, "Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters--one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah." (He did not know what he was saying.)

9:34 이 말 할 즈음에 구름이 와서 그들을 덮는지라 구름 속으로 들어갈 때에 그들이 무서워하더니 
While he was speaking, a cloud appeared and enveloped them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud.

9:35 구름 속에서 소리가 나서 이르되 이는 나의 아들 곧 택함을 받은 자니 너희는 그의 말을 들으라 하고  
A voice came from the cloud, saying, "This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to him."

9:36 소리가 그치매 오직 예수만 보이더라 제자들이 잠잠하여 그 본 것을 무엇이든지 그 때에는 아무에게도 이르지 아니하니라
When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone. The disciples kept this to themselves, and told no one at that time what they had seen.

말씀선포 - 창5:24, 히11:5, 유1:14~15

창5:24 에녹이 하나님과 동행하더니 하나님이 그를 데려가시므로 세상에 있지 아니하였더라
Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

히11:5 믿음으로 에녹은 죽음을 보지 않고 옮겨졌으니 하나님이 그를 옮기심으로 다시 보이지 아니하였느니라 그는 옮겨지기 전에 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 자라 하는 증거를 받았느니라
By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death; he could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.

유1:14 아담의 칠대 손 에녹이 이 사람들에 대하여도 예언하여 이르되 보라 주께서 그 수만의 거룩한 자와 함께 임하셨나니 
Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men: "See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones

유1:15 이는 뭇 사람을 심판하사 모든 경건하지 않은 자가 경건하지 않게 행한 모든 경건하지 않은 일과 또 경건하지 않은 죄인들이 주를 거슬러 한 모든 완악한 말로 말미암아 그들을 정죄하려 하심이라 하였느니라
to judge everyone, and to convict all the ungodly of all the ungodly acts they have done in the ungodly way, and of all the harsh words ungodly sinners have spoken against him."

말씀선포 : 누가복음 12장 13~21절

13 무리 중에 한 사람이 이르되 선생님 내 형을 명하여 유산을 나와 나누게 하소서 하니 
Someone in the crowd said to him, "Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me."

14 이르시되 이 사람아 누가 나를 너희의 재판장이나 물건 나누는 자로 세웠느냐 하시고 
Jesus replied, "Man, who appointed me a judge or an arbiter between you?"

15 그들에게 이르시되 삼가 모든 탐심을 물리치라 사람의 생명이 그 소유의 넉넉한 데 있지 아니하니라 하시고
Then he said to them, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions."  

16 또 비유로 그들에게 말하여 이르시되 한 부자가 그 밭에 소출이 풍성하매
And he told them this parable: "The ground of a certain rich man produced a good crop.

17 심중에 생각하여 이르되 내가 곡식 쌓아 둘 곳이 없으니 어찌할까 하고
He thought to himself, 'What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.'

18 또 이르되 내가 이렇게 하리라 내 곳간을 헐고 더 크게 짓고 내 모든 곡식과 물건을 거기 쌓아 두리라 
"Then he said, 'This is what I'll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods.

19 또 내가 내 영혼에게 이르되 영혼아 여러 해 쓸 물건을 많이 쌓아 두었으니 평안히 쉬고 먹고 마시고 즐거워하자 하리라 하되 
And I'll say to myself, "You have plenty of good things laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry."'

20 하나님은 이르시되 어리석은 자여 오늘 밤에 네 영혼을 도로 찾으리니 그러면 네 준비한 것이 누구의 것이 되겠느냐 하셨으니  
"But God said to him, 'You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?'

21 자기를 위하여 재물을 쌓아 두고 하나님께 대하여 부요하지 못한 자가 이와 같으니라
 "This is how it will be with anyone who stores up things for himself but is not rich toward God."

말씀선포 : 에스라 7장 9~10절

9 정월 초하루에 바벨론에서 길을 떠났고 하나님의 선한 손의 도우심을 입어 오 월 초하루에 예루살렘에 이르니라
 He had begun his journey from Babylon on the first day of the first month, and he arrived in Jerusalem on the first day of the fifth month, for the gracious hand of his God was on him.

10 에스라가 여호와의 율법을 연구하여 준행하며 율례와 규례를 이스라엘에게 가르치기로 결심하였었더라
For Ezra had devoted himself to the study and observance of the Law of the LORD, and to teaching its decrees and laws in Israel.

말씀선포 : 누가복음 2장 8~14절

8 그 지역에 목자들이 밤에 밖에서 자기 양 떼를 지키더니 
And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night.

9 주의 사자가 곁에 서고 주의 영광이 그들을 두루 비추매 크게 무서워하는지라 
An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.

10 천사가 이르되 무서워하지 말라 보라 내가 온 백성에게 미칠 큰 기쁨의 좋은 소식을 너희에게 전하노라 
But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.

11 오늘 다윗의 동네에 너희를 위하여 구주가 나셨으니 곧 그리스도 주시니라 
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

12 너희가 가서 강보에 싸여 구유에 뉘어 있는 아기를 보리니 이것이 너희에게 표적이니라 하더니 
This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger."

13 홀연히 수많은 천군이 그 천사들과 함께 하나님을 찬송하여 이르되 
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,

14 지극히 높은 곳에서는 하나님께 영광이요 땅에서는 하나님이 기뻐하신 사람들 중에 평화로다 하니라
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."

말씀선포 : 신명기 8장 2~4절

2 네 하나님 여호와께서 이 사십 년 동안에 네게 광야 길을 걷게 하신 것을 기억하라 이는 너를 낮추시며 너를 시험하사 네 마음이 어떠한지 그 명령을 지키는지 지키지 않는지 알려 하심이라 
Remember how the LORD your God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble you and to test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands.

3 너를 낮추시며 너를 주리게 하시며 또 너도 알지 못하며 네 조상들도 알지 못하던 만나를 네게 먹이신 것은 사람이 떡으로만 사는 것이 아니요 여호와의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 사는 줄을 네가 알게 하려 하심이니라 
He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.

4 이 사십 년 동안에 네 의복이 해어지지 아니하였고 네 발이 부르트지 아니하였느니라
Your clothes did not wear out and your feet did not swell during these forty years.

말씀선포 : 로마서11장 7~12절

7 그런즉 어떠하냐 이스라엘이 구하는 그것을 얻지 못하고 오직 택하심을 입은 자가 얻었고 그 남은 자들은 우둔하여졌느니라  
What then? What Israel sought so earnestly it did not obtain, but the elect did. The others were hardened,

8 기록된 바 하나님이 오늘까지 그들에게 혼미한 심령과 보지 못할 눈과 듣지 못할 귀를 주셨다 함과 같으니라 
as it is written: "God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes so that they could not see and ears so that they could not hear, to this very day."

9 또 다윗이 이르되 그들의 밥상이 올무와 덫과 거치는 것과 보응이 되게 하시옵고 
And David says: "May their table become a snare and a trap, a stumbling block and a retribution for them.

10 그들의 눈은 흐려 보지 못하고 그들의 등은 항상 굽게 하옵소서 하였느니라 
May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever."

11 그러므로 내가 말하노니 그들이 넘어지기까지 실족하였느냐 그럴 수 없느니라 그들이 넘어짐으로 구원이 이방인에게 이르러 이스라엘로 시기나게 함이니라 
Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious.

12 그들의 넘어짐이 세상의 풍성함이 되며 그들의 실패가 이방인의 풍성함이 되거든 하물며 그들의 충만함이리요
But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their fullness bring!

말씀선포 : 요한복음 16장12절

12  내가 아직도 너희에게 이를 것이 많으나 지금은 너희가 감당하지
      못하리라
      "I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear.
