말씀선포 : 민수기 11장 1~23절

11:1 백성이 여호와의 들으시기에 악한 말로 원망하매 여호와께서 들으시고 진노하사 여호와의 불로 그들 중에 붙어서 진 끝을 사르게 하시매
Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the LORD, and when he heard them his anger was aroused. Then fire from the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp.

11:2 백성이 모세에게 부르짖으므로 모세가 여호와께 기도하니 불이 꺼졌더라
When the people cried out to Moses, he prayed to the LORD and the fire died down.

11:3 그곳 이름을 다베라라 칭하였으니 이는 여호와의 불이 그들 중에 붙은 연고였더라
 So that place was called Taberah, because fire from the LORD had burned among them.

11:4 이스라엘 중에 섞여 사는 무리가 탐욕을 품으매 이스라엘 자손도 다시 울며 가로되 누가 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 할꼬
The rabble with them began to crave other food, and again the Israelites started wailing and said, "If only we had meat to eat!

11:5 우리가 애굽에 있을 때에는 값 없이 생선과 외와 수박과 부추와 파와 마늘들을 먹은 것이 생각나거늘
We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost--also the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and garlic.

11:6 이제는 우리 정력이 쇠약하되 이 만나 외에는 보이는 것이 아무것도 없도다 하니
But now we have lost our appetite; we never see anything but this manna!"

11:7 만나는 깟씨와 같고 모양은 진주와 같은 것이라
The manna was like coriander seed and looked like resin.

11:8 백성이 두루 다니며 그것을 거두어 맷돌에 갈기도 하며 절구에 찧기도 하고 가마에 삶기도 하여 과자를 만들었으니 그 맛이 기름 섞은 과자맛 같았더라
The people went around gathering it, and then ground it in a handmill or crushed it in a mortar. They cooked it in a pot or made it into cakes. And it tasted like something made with olive oil.

11:9 밤에 이슬이 진에 내릴 때에 만나도 같이 내렸더라
 When the dew settled on the camp at night, the manna also came down.

11:10 백성의 온 가족들이 각기 장막 문에서 우는 것을 모세가 들으니라 이러므로 여호와의 진노가 심히 크고 모세도 기뻐하지 아니하여
Moses heard the people of every family wailing, each at the entrance to his tent. The LORD became exceedingly angry, and Moses was troubled.

11:11 여호와께 여짜오되 주께서 어찌하여 종을 괴롭게 하시나이까 어찌하여 나로 주의 목전에 은혜를 입게 아니하시고 이 모든 백성을 내게 맡기사 나로 그 짐을 지게 하시나이까
He asked the LORD, "Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me?

11:12 이 모든 백성을 내가 잉태하였나이까 내가 어찌 그들을 생산하였기에 주께서 나더러 양육하는 아비가 젖 먹는 아이를 품듯 그들을 품에 품고 주께서 그들의 열조에게 맹세하신 땅으로 가라 하시나이까
Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth? Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their forefathers?

11:13 이 모든 백성에게 줄 고기를 내가 어디서 얻으리이까 그들이 나를 향하여 울며 가로되 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 하라 하온즉
Where can I get meat for all these people? They keep wailing to me, 'Give us meat to eat!'

11:14 책임이 심히 중하여 나 혼자는 이 모든 백성을 질 수 없나이다
I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me.

11:15 주께서 내게 이같이 행하실진대 구하옵나니 내게 은혜를 베푸사 즉시 나를 죽여 나로 나의 곤고함을 보지 않게 하옵소서
If this is how you are going to treat me, put me to death right now--if I have found favor in your eyes--and do not let me face my own ruin."

11:16 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 이스라엘 노인 중 백성의 장로와 유사 되는 줄을 네가 아는 자 칠십 인을 모아 데리고 회막 내 앞에 이르러 거기서 너와 함께 서게 하라
The LORD said to Moses: "Bring me seventy of Israel's elders who are known to you as leaders and officials among the people. Have them come to the Tent of Meeting, that they may stand there with you.

11:17 내가 강림하여 거기서 너와 말하고 네게 임한 신을 그들에게도 임하게 하리니 그들이 너와 함께 백성의 짐을 담당하고 너 혼자 지지 아니하리라
I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take of the Spirit that is on you and put the Spirit on them. They will help you carry the burden of the people so that you will not have to carry it alone.

11:18 또 백성에게 이르기를 너희 몸을 거룩히 하여 내일 고기 먹기를 기다리라 너희가 울며 이르기를 누가 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 할꼬 애굽에 있을 때가 우리에게 재미 있었다 하는 말이 여호와께 들렸으므로 여호와께서 너희에게 고기를 주어 먹게 하실것이라
"Tell the people: 'Consecrate yourselves in preparation for tomorrow, when you will eat meat. The LORD heard you when you wailed, "If only we had meat to eat! We were better off in Egypt!" Now the LORD will give you meat, and you will eat it.

11:19 하루나 이틀이나 닷새나 열흘이나 이십 일만 먹을 뿐 아니라
You will not eat it for just one day, or two days, or five, ten or twenty days,

11:20 코에서 넘쳐서 싫어하기까지 일 개월 간을 먹게 하시리니 이는 너희가 너희 중에 거하시는 여호와를 멸시하고 그 앞에서 울며 이르기를 우리가 어찌하여 애굽에서 나왔던고 함이라 하라
 but for a whole month--until it comes out of your nostrils and you loathe it--because you have rejected the LORD, who is among you, and have wailed before him, saying, "Why did we ever leave Egypt?"'"

11:21 모세가 가로되 나와 함께 있는 이 백성의 보행자가 육십만 명이온데 주의 말씀이 일 개월 간 고기를 주어 먹게 하겠다 하시오니
 But Moses said, "Here I am among six hundred thousand men on foot, and you say, 'I will give them meat to eat for a whole month!'

11:22 그들을 위하여 양 떼와 소 떼를 잡은들 족하오며 바다의 모든 고기를 모은들 족하오리이까
Would they have enough if flocks and herds were slaughtered for them? Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught for them?"

11:23 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 여호와의 손이 짧아졌느냐 네가 이제 내 말이 네게 응하는 여부를 보리라
The LORD answered Moses, "Is the LORD'S arm too short? You will now see whether or not what I say will come true for you."

말씀선포 : 요한복음 17장 9~12절

17:9 내가 그들을 위하여 비옵나니 내가 비옵는 것은 세상을 위함이 아니요 내게 주신 자들을 위함이니이다 그들은 아버지의 것이로소이다 
I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours.

17:10 내 것은 다 아버지의 것이요 아버지의 것은 내 것이온데 내가 그들로 말미암아 영광을 받았나이다  
All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them.

17:11 나는 세상에 더 있지 아니하오나 그들은 세상에 있사옵고 나는 아버지께로 가옵나니 거룩하신 아버지여 내게 주신 아버지의 이름으로 그들을 보전하사 우리와 같이 그들도 하나가 되게 하옵소서 
I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name--the name you gave me--so that they may be one as we are one.

17:12 내가 그들과 함께 있을 때에 내게 주신 아버지의 이름으로 그들을 보전하고 지키었나이다 그 중의 하나도 멸망하지 않고 다만 멸망의 자식뿐이오니 이는 성경을 응하게 함이니이다 
While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled.

말씀선포 : 마태복음 8장 23~34절

8:23 배에 오르시매 제자들이 따랐더니 
Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him.

8:24 바다에 큰 놀이 일어나 배가 물결에 덮이게 되었으되 예수께서는 주무시는지라
Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 

8:25 그 제자들이 나아와 깨우며 이르되 주여 구원하소서 우리가 죽겠나이다 
The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!"

8:26 예수께서 이르시되 어찌하여 무서워하느냐 믿음이 작은 자들아 하시고 곧 일어나사 바람과 바다를 꾸짖으시니 아주 잔잔하게 되거늘 
He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

8:27 그 사람들이 놀랍게 여겨 이르되 이이가 어떠한 사람이기에 바람과 바다도 순종하는가 하더라 
The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!"

8:28 또 예수께서 건너편 가다라 지방에 가시매 귀신 들린 자 둘이 무덤 사이에서 나와 예수를 만나니 그들은 몹시 사나워 아무도 그 길로 지나갈 수 없을 지경이더라  
When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way.

8:29 이에 그들이 소리 질러 이르되 하나님의 아들이여 우리가 당신과 무슨 상관이 있나이까 때가 이르기 전에 우리를 괴롭게 하려고 여기 오셨나이까 하더니  
"What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?"

8:30 마침 멀리서 많은 돼지 떼가 먹고 있는지라 
Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding.

8:31 귀신들이 예수께 간구하여 이르되 만일 우리를 쫓아 내시려면 돼지 떼에 들여 보내 주소서 하니 
The demons begged Jesus, "If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs."

8:32 그들에게 가라 하시니 귀신들이 나와서 돼지에게로 들어가는지라 온 떼가 비탈로 내리달아 바다에 들어가서 물에서 몰사하거늘 
He said to them, "Go!" So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water.

8:33 치던 자들이 달아나 시내에 들어가 이 모든 일과 귀신 들린 자의 일을 고하니 
Those tending the pigs ran off, went into the town and reported all this, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men.

8:34 온 시내가 예수를 만나려고 나가서 보고 그 지방에서 떠나시기를 간구하더라
Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region.

말씀선포 : 디모데전서 1장 18~20절

18 아들 디모데야 내가 네게 이 교훈으로써 명하노니 전에 너를 지도한 예언을 따라
    그것으로 선한 싸움을 싸우며 
Timothy, my son, I give you this instruction in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by following them you may fight the good fight,

19 믿음과 착한 양심을 가지라 어떤 이들은 이 양심을 버렸고 그 믿음에 관하여는 파선
     하였느니라 
holding on to faith and a good conscience. Some have rejected these and so have shipwrecked their faith.

20 그 가운데 후메내오와 알렉산더가 있으니 내가 사탄에게 내준 것은 그들로 훈계를
    받아 신성을 모독하지 못하게 하려 함이라
Among them are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan to be taught not to blaspheme.

말씀선포 : 사무엘상 24장 5절

5 그리 한 후에 사울의 옷자락 벰으로 말미암아 다윗의 마음이 찔려

   Afterward, David was conscience-stricken for having cut off a corner of
   his robe.

사57:15~21

15 지극히 존귀하며 영원히 거하시며 거룩하다 이름하는 이가 이와 같이 말씀하시되 
    내가 높고 거룩한 곳에 있으며 또한 통회하고 마음이 겸손한 자와 함께 있나니 이는
    겸손한 자의 영을 소생시키며 통회하는 자의 마음을 소생시키려 함이라  
    For this is what the high and lofty One says--he who lives forever, whose
    name is holy: "I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is
    contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive
    the heart of the contrite.

16 내가 영원히 다투지 아니하며 내가 끊임없이 노하지 아니할 것은 내가 지은 그의 영과
    혼이 내 앞에서 피곤할까 함이라  
     I will not accuse forever, nor will I always be angry, for then the spirit of
     man would grow faint before me--the breath of man that I have created.

17 그의 탐심의 죄악으로 말미암아 내가 노하여 그를 쳤으며 또 내 얼굴을 가리고 노하였
     으나 그가 아직도 패역하여 자기 마음의 길로 걸어가도다  
     I was enraged by his sinful greed; I punished him, and hid my face in
     anger, yet he kept on in his willful ways.

18 내가 그의 길을 보았은즉 그를 고쳐 줄 것이라 그를 인도하며 그와 그를 슬퍼하는 자
     들에게 위로를 다시 얻게 하리라 
     I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will guide him and restore
     comfort to him,

19 입술의 열매를 창조하는 자 여호와가 말하노라 먼 데 있는 자에게든지 가까운 데 있는
    자에게든지 평강이 있을지어다 평강이 있을지어다 내가 그를 고치리라 하셨느니라
     creating praise on the lips of the mourners in Israel. Peace, peace,
     to those far and near," says the LORD. "And I will heal them." 

20 그러나 악인은 평온함을 얻지 못하고 그 물이 진흙과 더러운 것을 늘 솟구쳐 내는 
    요동하는 바다와 같으니라  
    But the wicked are like the tossing sea, which cannot rest, whose waves
    cast up mire and mud.

21 내 하나님의 말씀에 악인에게는 평강이 없다 하셨느니라
    "There is no peace," says my God, "for the wicked."

말씀선포 : 로마서 6장 15~23절

15 그런즉 어찌하리요 우리가 법 아래에 있지 아니하고 은혜 아래에 있으니 죄를 
    지으리요 그럴 수 없느니라  
    What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace?
    By no means!

16 너희 자신을 종으로 내주어 누구에게 순종하든지 그 순종함을 받는 자의 종이 되는
   줄을 너희가 알지 못하느냐 혹은 죄의 종으로 사망에 이르고 혹은 순종의 종으로 의
   에 이르느니라 
   Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him
   as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey--whether you are
   slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to 
   righteousness?

17 하나님께 감사하리로다 너희가 본래 죄의 종이더니 너희에게 전하여 준 바 교훈의
    본을 마음으로 순종하여 
    But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you
    wholeheartedly obeyed the form of teaching to which you were entrusted.

18 죄로부터 해방되어 의에게 종이 되었느니라  
    You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

19 너희 육신이 연약하므로 내가 사람의 예대로 말하노니 전에 너희가 너희 지체를 부정
    과 불법에 내주어 불법에 이른 것 같이 이제는 너희 지체를 의에게 종으로 내주어
    거룩함에 이르라  
    I put this in human terms because you are weak in your natural selves.
    Just as you used to offer the parts of your body in slavery to impurity and
    to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer them in slavery to 
    righteousness leading to holiness.

20 너희가 죄의 종이 되었을 때에는 의에 대하여 자유로웠느니라 
     When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of
     righteousness.

21 너희가 그 때에 무슨 열매를 얻었느냐 이제는 너희가 그 일을 부끄러워하나니 이는
    그 마지막이 사망임이라 
    What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now
    ashamed of? Those things result in death!

22 그러나 이제는 너희가 죄로부터 해방되고 하나님께 종이 되어 거룩함에 이르는 열매
    를 맺었으니 그 마지막은 영생이라 
    But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to
    God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.

23 죄의 삯은 사망이요 하나님의 은사는 그리스도 예수 우리 주 안에 있는 영생이니라
    For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ 
   Jesus our Lord.
